This would a review of a pre-service, which a rarity if one exist. I am recognizing the Technician named **** ****, who is receiving the 5 stars. I called customer service around 625P and spoke to ******* (plus: told me that she will be with me; minus: i had to ask for her name). **** called around 642P which was a good return call time. He proceeded to let me know that he has a full schedule. What I did not expect was what he said next, “If I could give him any information over the phone that he can help me with this evening….” **** **** offered a short term solution and that exceeded my expectations. He was forthright to let me know that even he was able to come, he would not have been able to do anything until the ice is gone. He then proceeded to let me know that I will be receiving a call from the office in the morning to schedule a time for service…——— There will be a follow-up, when service is done. 2016.06.14 ******* I am giving 8, on recommendation, only because this is a pre-service review…..however, I will update as soon service is done********
